The first attempt was years ago, the second about a year after that - both ended in frustration. In early 2025 I went for round three, and this time the setup actually worked. 🎯</p> <p>We have since moved back to local development anyway. But the setup was solid, I learned a lot, and the reasons we left had little to do with Coder itself - so here&rsquo;s the whole story.</p>
